Ramblers juniors raced at the NZ secondary school cycling champs (8th-10th October). Sam Thorpe-Loversuch racing in yr 7-8 boys won 2 x bronze medals.
The road race was a close fought uphill bunch sprint. In the points race at Manfield race track Sam placed 2nd in the first sprint (by a tyre width) and 4th in the final sprint. This gave him enough points for the bronze medal. Well done Sam.
