Ramblers AGM was held on Monday 2nd May 2011. Your committee for 2011/2012 are: Gavin Bush (Chair), Mark Coombe (Treasurer), Hilary Green (Club Captain), Don Kennedy, Ken MacKenzie, Rob Oliver, Dan Warren, Su Daniel, Brett Hooker and Helen MacKenzie.
The office of Club Secretary was not appointed as the Club Administrator, Deb Kelly, is currently filling this role.
After the Chair's, the President's and the Treasurer's reports were read, discussed and unanimously accepted, the chair explained that the office of President was not to be filled this year. Instead the new committee would nominate a Deputy Chair at their first meeting and this office will be trialled for this year.
General business included; life membership of Roy van Panhuys; dicussion of velodrome - location, possibilities for Hawkes Bay and the Club Velodrome finds; request to reinstate club dinner; and attandance at AGM.
