This is a new course and will give RCC roadies a taste of 'cyclocross'.

The course starts and ends at Puketapu School. It follows a loop - Puketapu Road, Puketitiri Road, Waihau Road and then back onto Dartmoor Road finishing back at Puketapu School.

This is a handicap event, all riders will receive 5 points for competing.
Solo riders can be from any grade and must complete the whole course, they are allowed to change bikes - but only once.
A,B,C & D grade may have 2 person teams.
E,F & G grade may have 3 person teams (but can make 2 person teams if they wish).
Transition points for those in teams, changing bikes, or supporters are: Transition 1 (T1) near 1813 Waihau Road. Transition 2 (T2) intersection of Dartmoor, Waihau and Ngaroto Roads (about 2km past shingle).
Any type of UCI legal bike may be used but no aerobars or ITT equipment.
Carbon frames and wheels are not recommended for use on shingle roads because stones can damage them severely - by entering this race you accept responsibility for your own equipment.
In order to make setting the handicaps easier it would be appreciated if riders entered early.
