Core work-out with Ivar

Lance is not only Armstrong but also Core-strong. Many hours were spend on stabilizing and strengthening his core muscles in preparations for his last comeback.
In recent months our juniors have been through rigorous core and erg sessions, this has lead to great results on the bike: stage wins at major tours, podium placings at Nationals and all have gone up several grades at our club racing.

Core strength is essential for cyclist to be able to be efficient and economic on the bike, more speed and less energy wasting.
And it also helps with injury prevention especially for the lower back.

At Cityfitness we offer Spin classes followed by a Core work-out.
You will get a interval session in the state of the art Ride-studio followed by a Core strength session, where we take you through sets of abdominal exercises.

We have organized an introduction evening on Wednesday 15 Juni from 6.30 till 8.30pm at Cityfitness, 8 Lever Str. Ahuriri.
