As you know, the summer series features Thursday racing. With the summer race programme due out in a few weeks, organisers are thinking about what can be added to the time trial and hill climb events.
RCC are trialing a new event on Thursday 17th November at Twyford, we would like riders to come along to the inaugural Dan Warren Kermesse.
Sign in is at the Northern end of Raupare Rd from 5:30pm and racing begins from 6:pm.
• A-B grades: 6.00 PM 5 laps (25km)
• C –G grades: 6.01 PM 4 laps (20km)
Due to the short nature of this course, if you are dropped and passed by other grades you will be relegated. If you are passed from behind by another grade, you will be relegated. It is therefore up to you and your grade to be cohesive as a group and work together.
This event should be fast and exciting and will be run in two grades on low traffic roads.
