Due to ongoing concerns with race safety, some riders and grades have recently been disqualified and received no race points.
A number of riders have also been cautioned about unsafe behaviour, in particular crossing the centre line.
Riders may face ongoing sanctions including being stood down from racing.
We urge ALL members to consider safety first and be firm in reminding all others that they MUST comply with our rules and NZ road rules.
The Disciplinary Policy is currently being reviewed, and it may be that in future the names of all transgressing riders will be published.
