Congratulations again to all those who rode the inaugural “Gentle Annie”.
A prize-giving was held before last Saturday’s race at Arohanui Centre.
The ‘spot prize’ $50 vouchers from Marewa Epic Cycles were awarded to Lisa Atkins and John Mudgeway.
Although not a race, we did want to recognise the first riders home on this inaugural ride. Ashleigh Neave and Blair Heney received bottles of grape juice and white wine, while the ride of the day by Fred Staples was recognised with a bottle of red wine.
