The Napier City Council is developing a ‘20 year Master Plan’ for the expansion and development of the Park Island Sports Grounds.
NCC invites you to complete a short online questionnaire by the 27th June 2011 by copying and pasting this link into your web-browser www.surveymonkey.com/s/ParkIslandThis is an opportunity to advocate for more off-road cycling for kids and adults such as a Dirt Park, off road access for adults, Cyclocross or an outdoor concrete velodrome. Remember, many of us roadies started on our bikes off-road... this is a way to grow cycling and cycling awareness in the Bay.
