We fare-welled past RCC president Roy van Panhuys with his family, his colleagues and other friends on Tuesday 19th January in Havelock North.
However, we also feel it is appropriate to have a memorial ride for Roy.

• 1:30pm meet at Arohanui Centre, 81 Middle Road, Havelock North
• 1:45pm ride briefing
• 2:00pm memorial ride begins
Ride description: The ride is flat, and forms a "figure 8". It includes Ngatarawa Road where Roy finished his last training ride.
Leave Arohanui Church - left along Middle Rd,
Right into Mutiny Rd,
Take left turns onto Stock Rd, Pakipaki Rd, Mangaroa Rd, Ngatarawa Rd, Roys Hill Rd (SH50), Maraekakaho Rd, Longlands Rd,
Right onto Mt Erin Rd,
Left onto School Rd, then a last left back onto Middle Rd, returning to Arohanui Centre.
This is not a race, and all riders are welcome.
