Art Deco Weekend: Bicycle Belles

On Saturday February 18th the Bicycle Belles take part in Napier's Art Deco Weekend. Meet them at the SoundShell at 9.30am and proceed in a (dis)orderly fashion around to East Pier for refreshments.
