Tristan Kramers (Netherland National Rowing Champion, top 5 placing in the Worlds 2003, MEdSc 2007) has recently moved to Hawkes Bay from Wellington where he worked as Head Coach and Selector for Wellington Rowing Club.
Tristan will discuss managing athletes’ workloads during training, pre-season competition, competition and recovery.
